The diving center Generation Bleue only has an obligation of means concerning the information given on its website. As we did everything to guarantee the accuracy of the information supplied, Generation Bleue shall not be liable for errors, omissions or for what could result of the use of these informations. In particular, the use of links may lead you to other sites while making inquiries, sites on which Generation Bleue has no control.

According to the french and international laws concerning the copyrights , you must not copy (except for your personal use) , sell, give out, adapt, modify, publish, communicate, (thoroughly or partially) in any way the information, presentation or organization of this site without previous written authorization.

Any person giving information about himself has right to consult and modify this information at all times according to the french law N 78 17 of 6th january 1978 concerning computerized information and freedom (CNIL).

A medical certificate for diving is compulsory before dives and courses, except for the introductory dive.
Children need parental authorization (the form is available at our office).
